An Esperance man who was out on bail for exposing himself to primary school aged children in November last year was arrested again in similar circumstances.
Michael Stevens, 62, was outside the French bakery on Dempster Street last Friday when he exposed himself in front of a parked vehicle.
A mother and her three-year-old son were in the car at the time.
Police said the toddler was standing on the seat waiting for his grandmother to come out of the shops when he pointed out the flashing Stevens to his mum.
Last year Stevens was charged with several sexual assault-related offences after he exposed himself to young school children at the Castletown IGA just after 3pm.
Stevens is being held in the Esperance Goldfields Regional prison.
He appeared via video link at Kalgoorlie court on Saturday and applied for bail, which

police were expected to oppose when the application was due to be heard on Wednesday.
