TFX Sticka, signs and graphics staff member Nakita Dickerson won the Esperance community service award on Wednesday.
Ms Dickerson was nominated by customer Vanessa McCrea who said her customer service was “exceptional” and “professional”.
“I had a deadline in which I needed a project… she communicated via email and in person professionally and in a timely manner,” Ms McCrea said.
She was unable to do my first idea yet adapted a solution and charged me a lesser price… which turned out way better than my expectations!”
Ms Dickerson’s employer Kirsty Robertson said she was “definitely an asset to the company”.
“I am glad all her hard work and devotion have been awarded,” Ms Robertson said.
