Our Story
In 2020, as the world grappled with the challenges of the global COVID pandemic, local newspaper The Esperance Express closed, leaving a void in our community. It became clear Esperance needed a local platform to share news and events within our regional community. And so the Esperance Weekender emerged in 2022 to reinstate that aspect of town identity.
