The Esperance Tennis Club held a successful 2025 Open Doubles tournament on Saturday afternoon played in exceptional, though very windy conditions.

The event saw all of the available courts full of action as players competed in four separate divisions, competing to be called the champions for this season.

Matches were played in a jovial, though competitive manner, as music played in the background, highlighting the family friendly ambience that President Bastien Henrotin and his committee have brought to the club in recent seasons.

The Open Doubles tournament kicked off a busy period for the Esperance Tennis Club as the Club hosts the Goldfields/Esperance Regional Talent Series Tournament for boys and girls aged under 12 years of age in conjunction with Tennis West tomorrow.

Both the Junior and Senior members of the club will battle it out for the annual Club Championships to be conducted on the following Saturday.
