Ladies Day at the Esperance Turf Club last Saturday saw 10 stylish women walk the catwalk for Fashions on the Field.

Dressed to the nines, the ladies were adorned in colour, florals, sparkles and fringe, with many frocks and accessories purchased from local businesses in Esperance.

Brook Scott took home the first-place hamper with a striking, yet sophisticated pink fringed dress she accessorised with a broad wicker sunhat, quite fitting for the day.

Second place went to Lyla Buckley, set apart in a vintage inspired look, tied together with a pink, oversized bow hairpiece.

Gen McKenzie complimented her silky feathered frock with a floral headband that won the headpiece of the day.

Event MC Anna Holt said it was arguably the most coveted award of the event.

Participants expressed their delight at the record entries the Fashions on the Field event drew.

Ms Holt praised the women for bravely strutting their stuff in front of the Ladies Day crowd.
