It’s been a busy couple of weeks at the Esperance Golf Club with the members competing for the title of 2024 Club champion.
Three consecutive rounds were played in good conditions.
A huge thank you to Jack Gilbert and his crew for presenting the course in tip top condition worthy of any championship round.
The Ladies champion and winner of the Kaye Devenish Memorial Shield was Wannee Thagerngsuk with a total of 272 from 54 holes played, adding to her win in the 2023 Club championship.
The runner-up seven strokes behind was Di Rawlinson.


The Men’s champion and winner of the John ”Ringo” Ring Memorial Trophy was Stuart Matthews with a total of 244 from 54 holes played, Matthews also won the 2023 Club championship.
Runner-up and one stroke behind Matthews was Dave McLaren who won on a countback from Brendan Tanham.
