Police say the Firearms Licensing and Registration Portal is working now.
It was taken off line last week after a reported security breach.
Nationals WA leader Shane Love described it as “yet another alarming chapter in the long-running saga” of the WA Government’s “botched rollout” of the Firearms Act 2024 and its associated digital platform.
Many gun owners reported difficulty registering with the new online system since it was announced earlier this year.
WA Police minister Reece Whitby was unavailable for comment.
