A Ravensthorpe boy will represent WA in Darwin in September.
Esperance Motorcycle Club secretary Laurissa Forbes said member Noah Thomas was one of six WA riders selected to compete in the MX85 class at the Motocross Grand Prix.
“This is a huge event with the best riders in the world coming to Australia to compete at the event,” she said.
“Noah has been racing really well in WA as well as traveling to Queensland for the Sunshine States series.”
Noah has a You tube channel and Facebook profile and races with bike number 613.
He lives in Ravensthorpe with his parents Dylan and Elizabeth Thomas.
Mrs Forbes said Dylan was an Esperance Motorcycle club champion multiple times from childhood.
“Noah is training hard for this event and the Australian Junior National competition which will be held in South Australia later in September,” she said.
