A driver was caught travelling 190km/h on the South Coast Highway near Monjingup.
The driver returned a blood alcohol reading over the legal limit when Esperance Police stopped the car just after midnight on Friday morning.
The vehicle was seized and the driver will appear at the Esperance Magistrates Court in early August.
